IT’S TIME FOR A SCHOOL BOARD THAT PRIORITIZES STUDENTS, EDUCATION AND TEACHERS
A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR SMMUSD
ABF, is a non-partisan group of Santa Monica and Malibu parents and residents frustrated with the mismanagement of our schools by the current SMMUSD School Board. We are united in advocating for our schools, students and teachers and supporting candidates for the November 8 2022 elections who share the same values.
ABF Candidates (meet the candidates here) bring experience in school governance and knowledge of SMMUSD from the perspective of both current parents and alumni. Once elected to the school board they will:
- Prioritize education, students and teachers;
- Exercise fiscal competency to spend our tax dollars where they are most needed;
- Lead with transparency and accountability; and
- Equitably allocate resources among all our neighborhood schools and students.
We invite all parents and residents who want to restore the promise of public education to
join ABF to bring much needed change to the SMMUSD school board
